A proud Utah Boy with a taste for travel and exotic cuisine, Richard's palate and wanderlust were inspired by his grandfather from a young age. The pair explored the globe together, sampling some of the world's finest restaurants and sharing their passion with likeminded people along the way. Since then, Richard has backpacked through Europe, including a run with (and from) the bulls of Pamplona, Spain. He's all about living the details and working with a focus on local craft products.
